Description
A very versatile steak. Well marbled, best enjoyed rare – medium. cut from the hindquarter – a hardworking muscle that has lots of flavour, a great allrounder steak. Ideal grilled, fried, bbq or slice and stirfry. Resting time is important to allow the muscle fibres to relax and the juices to distribute through the meat resulting in a juicy delicious steak.
